ElNasr Mining Company is one of the biggest mining companies in Egypt. N.M.C is one of the subsidiary companies of the Holding Company For Metallurgical Industries . Was established on 1960. The products of ElNasr Mining are ( Phosphate, Talc, Quartz, Feldspare, Ilmenite, Pisolitic Kaoline, Plastic Caolin, Fermoclite, Granite Rock, Ballclay and Gypsite). The company has acquired concessions and licenses to operate several mines in Egypt namely Nille Valley ( Sebaiea) and Red sea mines.
Misr Phosphate Co.:
Organized and existing under the Egyptian Law 159 for the Year 1981.
Misr Phosphate is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company ( The share holders are: National Investment Bank, Egyptian Mineral Resource Authority, Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Ganoub AlWadi holding co. ) was established in 2009. Misr Phosphate is a market leader company and the largest producer of phosphate ore in Egypt with production capacity of approx. 10 Millions tons a year. Misr Phosphate is considered one of the major key players world wide in that concern. East Gas Co.:
East Gas Company was established on 2001, for the purpose of selling and transportation of natural gas to Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Jordan.
East Gas Company purchases excess natural gas directed towards exportation from Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) as well as from foreign companies working in Egypt, whereby such natural gas is being sold and transported through all Egyptian ports, whether on the form of natural gas or liquefied natural gas, to Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Jordan.
East Gas Company owns a natural gas line extending over 246 kilo-meter starting from Ariesh City to Taba City, passing by El Aqaba Gulf until reaching to El Aqaba City located in Jordan. In The last few years East Gas Co. has extended its activity to mineral resources.
National Service Projects Organization:
The National service projects organization was established in 1979 for the sake of achieving the relative self-sufficiency of the Armed forces requirements as well as locally and internationally marketing the surplus, including mineral resources.
Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority:
The Egyptian mineral resources authority (EMRA) was established in the year 1896 as the tasks and duties of the EGS are similar to those of most geological surveys worldwide, and include mapping, grass-roots mineral exploration, geohazard and geoenvironmental studies, hydro geological studies and services to the community. The EGS maintains support teams of geophysicists, remote sensors, GIS and database specialists, as well as laboratory and publication arms, that will allow it to provide a full range of earth-science information about the Stat.
